Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • pizza dough

  • pizza sauce

  • shredded mozzarella cheese

  • @brooklyncured spicy soppressata

  • olive or avocado oil spray

  • parchment paper

  • flour for dusting

  • basil (optional)

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Shape your dough into a rectangle (shaped like cinnamon roll dough before you would roll it up)

  2. Spread the sauce over the dough but leave a border with no sauce (~1/4in), add the cheese, top with soppressata then roll up slowly and carefully. Let chill for a bit in the fridge.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 and then line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  4. Slice chilled pizza roll log into individual pinwheels and pinch them together if they start to fall apart. As you can see they aren’t perfect at all!

  5. Place them on the pan and spray or brush each with a little olive oil the top with basil, if using.

  6. Bake until bubbly and golden brown. About 20 minutes.

  7. Let cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
