This recipe is super easy, fast to assemble & requires only a handful of ingredients you probably already have! You can use any leftover cooked chicken such as my poached & shredded chicken recipe, rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, roast chicken etc!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • chicken

  • curry powder

  • extra spice if you want

  • salt

  • lemon or lime juice

  • seasoning

  • mayo!

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Mix to combine and keep in your fridge.

  2. Enjoy for 3-4 days.

  3. If you want it super fine use a good processor to mix and chop everything up!

Add some 🥭, yes mango slices to your sandwich or wrap! Trust me it’s freaking delish and adds the perfect sweetness to counterbalance the curry spice! 💯
