My mantra is this:

Hey, I’m Elia!

Meal prepping isn’t about eating the same boring meals or sweating in the kitchen all day. It’s about coming back to the idea that nourishing yourself is an act of self-care. It’s a gift that anyone can give to themselves and their families. It can be as simple as creating an exciting menu that your whole family can enjoy together. I want you to never miss a meal, even on your craziest weeks. The fridge gets to become a place filled with meals you’re excited about eating while helping you keep more money in your pockets.

I help you feel lighter whenever you’re thinking about "what's for dinner" whether that’s from my meals or because you prepared your own delicious menu for the week. I help you create meal prep routines that change your life. You can feel successful, supported, and at ease when meal prepping, and together we can make that happen!

People don’t realize that meal prepping can positively impact every aspect of your life.

From memories of making letter-shaped pancakes on a Sunday with my dad, to going to my Safta’s home for Shabbat dinner, thinking about the aromas and flavors brings me back.

My love for food has only grown since. When I’m in my kitchen I’m the happiest, whether it’s a last minute brunch, dinner, or a potluck. I was addicted to The Food Network, watching chefs like Giada and Ina often.

Some say I’m a food pusher, very much like the stereotypical Jewish grandmother. The thing is…it’s true! I enjoy watching people eat my food and hearing their praises. Filling my cup up daily.

I know I’m meant to help people who want to prioritize their well-being by eating better! I teach and offer my expertise while impacting clients’ lives and sharing my gifts daily.

FAMILY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN MY LIFE.

I’ve always loved cooking and come from a family of amazing cooks.

My Journey

A timeline chart showing personal milestones from 2010 to 2022, including starting a blog, working as a preschool teacher, meal prepping, and retiring from teaching. Feed your Sister, personal chef in NYC and meal prep coaching business.

As for the name…

One day in early 2010 my family and I were on a road trip. My sister turned to me and said, “Feed Yuh Sista” (in the voice of a Jewish yente), she wanted a taste of something I had baked, can’t remember what it was, let’s say it was a chewy chocolate cookie. I fed her, we all laughed and it caught on from there!
